How is Power@50 First Steps structured?

Each week we focus on a different fitness builder, combining strength, mobility and balance elements.

A total of 28 tailor-made workouts that will ease your body into movement in a fun and gentle way!

By the end of this 4-week program you would have built the foundations you need to progress to Habit Builders.
