Habit Builder is also for you, if you’re new to fitness but are ready to explore what this newly discovered superpower can do for you.
You want to progress steadily but surely and embrace the many benefits that a fitter lifestyle will bring for you.
You want guidance and support in incorporating the habit of fitness and exercise into your life and feel overwhelmed by the vastness of the gym.
And you want to start seeing physical (and even mental!) results

Yes, all our classes are pre-recorded and online.
But don’t worry! You’ll be carefully guided through your program and in every single class by us.
We’ll tell you where to start, what to do before and after each class, and other tips for staying healthy and fit as you advance through your Habit Builder.

Our program is not only designed to accustom your body to movement and exercise, and to bring about those health benefits we need at our age…
We’ll also ease you into a completely new mindset that will make you look at the world through a more positive, happy lens.
You’ll feel stronger, you’ll feel more confident, and yes, you’ll feel more joyful!
However, it’s important that you invest in your health and commit to the routines prepared for you in Habit Builder.
Yes, you must move every day!
Persistence is key to building a habit!
And while it might be hard initially, it will get easier and in no time, you’ll be working out automatically!
We also recommend that you talk to a healthcare professional about your intention to improve your fitness habits by joining Power@50 Habit Builder. Unless you have any previous conditions that might prevent you from embarking on this fitness journey with us, most doctors will encourage you to activate and energise your body through fitness sessions like those we’ve designed for you here.
You will be mostly working with your own body weight, so you won’t be needing any other equipment other than a yoga mat or a soft surface where to stand on.

Each week we focus on a different fitness builder, combining strength, mobility and balance elements.
A total of 36 tailor-made workouts that will guide you in taking a more confident step towards a fitter, healthier you.
